New Radio Clash is coming…

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009

There’s a new Radio Clash in the works, a very special episode and will be released on 31st July, with maybe a special event on the 30th of July. Watch this space!

Why? I can’t tell you unless I kill you first ;-) It’s all ready to go but…well you’ll see :-D

In other news I know there’s been a massive slow down and problems with the host and the blog – been working with them and these should have been fixed…the whole ’speed up Wordpress’ thing is an arcane art; and I’m up to my ears in caching plugins and DB managers atm. And it was a particular Twitter plugin which was causing some posts to not even appear…this plugin has been sent to the naughty step.

Edit: does anyone know of a good CPU detection plugin for Wordpress? It seems there is one but doesn’t work with newer Wordpress…it is one of those things that would be made a LOT easier with a plugin!

Apologies if you get show 75 twice…

Monday, May 15th, 2006

..but due to exceeding bandwidth on one of my servers I had to move show 75; and there is a big chance since Juice (although being one of the best podcatchers/podcast ‘receivers’) is still pretty stupid it doesn’t recheck enclosures whether they have moved since it started to download them…

Hence it keeps hitting the old address, and you don’t get the show, unless you re-add it elsewhere as a new enclosure.

Meh.

So the Show notes and links are now correct for #75 but just re-attaching #75 to THIS post as the first enclosure to solve this problem.

As you were!

I have my old number back!

Thursday, January 19th, 2006

By sheer luck I know have my old K7.net number back: 206-202-5274.

So feel free to call it and leave feedback/audio comments and I’ll play them on the show.

The UK number 07005-850-524 is working for the moment too, although in future they want to charge, so unless it gets used when that happens I might drop it?

Interviewed on Bicyclemark’s Audio Communique

Wednesday, November 16th, 2005

I interviewed Bicyclemark in a previous show, and it’s really cool that he’s returned the compliment by interviewing me for Bicyclemark’s latest show (82) on mashups, rights, podcasting and commercial podcasting – despite my aimless rambling, it seems to have gone really well!

If you dont know Bicyclemark’s show and blog – check it out, it’s one of the best podcasts out there, no question.
